Catch a fish = Earn resort credit!

This July and August, we're rewarding your fishing skills with a fun, island-style twist. Guests staying at K’gari Beach Resort can turn their catch into resort credits to be used during their stay!

1ST JULY - 31ST AUGUST 2025

  • Collect your ruler: Get your fish ruler from reception.

    Make the catch & measure: Cast a line and reel in a beauty! Then measure your fish against the ruler.

    Share & tag: Post a photo of your catch against the ruler to verify the length on Facebook or Instagram, tagging @kgaribeachresort.

    Claim your credit: Show your post to our team at reception and get $1 of resort credit for every cm of fish length. (Example: 52cm fish = $52 credit!)

    The credit will be applied to your resort account to use towards dining, drinks, or activities during your stay.
